PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adjust an amount of charge so that it approaches equalization without raising resolution of a sensor.SOLUTION: When an address (300) and a command (301) indicative of writing of data to a line to which power is not supplied are input, an access determination storage circuit (38) asserts a power source circuit enable signal (304) to a line power source circuit (37) that supplies power to a line (41) of a memory cell corresponding to the writing destination address, starts the line power source circuit (37), and updates the status data of this line to <effective data is stored>. At the same time, the access determination storage circuit (38) causes a writing access buffer (39) to store the writing destination address and data to be written. The line power source circuit (37) supplies power to the line (41) of the writing destination. When it is confirmed that the data has been written to the line, the data is removed from the writing access buffer (39). |
