PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a merchandise storage device of an vending machine, for satisfactorily storing even merchandise such as confectionery in a cylindrical container without generating any merchandise jamming.SOLUTION: A merchandise rack 10 of the vending machine includes: a merchandise storage passage 13 demarcated in such configurations that it is extended along a vertical direction by arranging a plurality of guidance members 12 between a pair of right and left base side boards 11; and a merchandise guidance passage 18 which is formed of a top tray 16 arranged along the backward and forward direction between the base side boards 11 and guides the merchandise input from the front part to the upper end opening of the merchandise storage passage 13, wherein when a delivery command is given, the lowest order merchandise among the merchandise stored in the merchandise storage passage 13 is ejected downward. The top tray 16 is configured such that both right and left side parts 16a and 16b are bent downward, and a restraint piece 16c protruding from the right and left ends to the side part is put through a restraint hole 11a formed in the base side board 11, to form the merchandise guidance passage 18. |
