PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mortar material which has high strength in the initial material age, further has reduced deterioration with the lapse of time, and is easily workable.SOLUTION: The mortar composition comprises: (A) cement including specified ratios of SiO, AlO, CaO, SOand F in 100 pts.wt.; (B) a lime based expanding agent in 4 to 15 pts.wt.; (C) a fine aggregate in 80 to 180 pts.wt.; (D) a dispersant in 0.04 to 0.4 pts.wt.; (E) a setting retarder in 0.2 to 1.1 pts.wt.; and (F) organic fiber and water. The diameter D of the organic fiber (F) is 15 to 500 μm, the ratio between the length L and the diameter D in the organic fiber (F), L/D is 100 to 1,000, the ratio between the length L of the organic fiber (F) and the maximum grain diameter d, L/d is 4.7 to 9, and the containing ratio of the organic fiber (F) is 1 to 3 pts.volume to 100 pts.volume of the total of the components (including water) other than the organic fiber in the composition. |
