PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a die head which prevents a coating solution discharged from a slit from spreading on both sides and applies the solution with a specified width thereby enabling stable coating.SOLUTION: The die head has a flat tip upper surface of a lip which is held by both side plates and includes a slit formed by at least two blocks and discharging a coating solution, and a lip tip side surface. Surface-treated layers having water- and oil-repellency to the coating solution are formed on the upper surface at the tip of the side plate connected to the lip upper surface, the side surface at the tip of the side plate connected to the tip side surface and a manifold. After an electroless fluorine resin-containing nickel plating treatment is applied to the die head, the die head is subjected to mirror surface grinding, the fluorine resin having water- and oil-repellency. |
