The method involves mounting completely a wind-power plant at the provided mounting position at an embark point (30). A completely mounted wind-power plant is received and moved from the mounting position to a transport position on a barge (1) with the help of a displaceable movable crane, particularly a crawler crane. The barge is connected on the embark point. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a method for mounting a wind-power plant at a foundation; (2) a wind-power plant with a vertical stop; (3) a barge with one or multiple transportation positions for receiving fully mounted wind-power plants; and (4) a mounting- and transport system for wind-power plants.
