<p>A motor vehicle drive system (1) comprises: - a first electric drive machine (3), - second electric drive machine (4), - a combustion engine (5), - a differential (2) capable of driving a pair of driven wheels of the vehicle, - a first clutch (53-49a) or gear (48) and sliding sleeve (52) system capable on its own of coupling or uncoupling the combustion engine (5) and the second electric machine (4), - a second clutch or gear (46) and sliding sleeve (26) system capable on its own of coupling or uncoupling the second electric machine (4) and the differential (2). The system comprises a third system of gears (34, 35) and sliding sleeve (24) capable alternately, through the movement of a third single sliding sleeve (24), of coupling the first electric machine (3) to the differential (2) and of coupling the first electric machine (3) to the differential (2) with a different gear ratio.</p> |
