PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic toner that can give an image with excellent retention of release property and suppressing occurrence of image irregularity.SOLUTION: The electrophotographic toner is used for forming a toner image in a process of bringing a fixing roll having a surface layer containing a fluorocarbon siloxane rubber into contact with a transfer body where the toner image is preliminarily transferred so as to heat and pressurize, and thereby, fixing the toner image to the transfer body. The toner contains an amorphous polyester resin, an aliphatic crystalline polyester resin and hydrocarbon wax having a melting temperature of 80°C or higher and 100°C or lower, wherein the softening temperature of the amorphous polyester resin is higher than the melting temperature of the hydrocarbon wax.
