PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a positioning device capable of highly accurate positioning by positioning a flexible member, using a suction head which includes a porous film with a hole for image recognition made on a suction surface.SOLUTION: The positioning device includes a camera 4 and a light-emitting suction head 5, to which a porous film 7 with a hole 8 for image recognition on a suction surface is stuck, and the suction head 5 is carried to the predetermined position of a sticking plate 1, in a state with an FPC 3 suctioned to the suction surface. Also, an image recognition mark 6 on the FPC is imaged through the hole for the image recognition opened on the porous film by the camera 4; the positional deviation of the FPC is calculated on the basis of the image of the image recognition mark; and the FPC is positioned from the position deviation. |
