PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power receiver and a radio power transmission/reception system, enhancing efficiency in power transmission, by regulating an impedance due to a parasitic inductor in a rectification circuit operating at high frequency by using a capacitive element.SOLUTION: The disclosed radio power transmission and reception system includes: a power transmitter which converts an electric power to a resonant wave for transmission; and a power receiver which receives the transmitted resonant wave and converts it to a DC power supply using a parallel-resonant rectification circuit which is subject to impedance matching to the frequency of the resonant wave.
