PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voice input evaluation system assisting a user so that the user obtains comparatively high evaluation for an example.SOLUTION: An obtaining means (62) obtains evaluation criterion for correlating a comparison result condition concerning comparison result of model voice input and voice input performed through a voice input means (31) and evaluation information concerning evaluation to the voice input of the user to each other. A comparison means (63) compares the model voice input with the voice input performed through the voice input means (31). An evaluating means (64) determines the evaluation to the voice input of the user on the basis of the comparison result of the comparison means (63) and the evaluation criterion. The obtaining means (62) changes the evaluation criterion on the basis of characteristic information of voice of the user input through the voice input means (31).
