PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photosensitive resin composition for forming an optical waveguide, the composition showing high productivity and little optical loss, and to provide a film for forming an optical waveguide, an optical waveguide, optical wiring, optoelectric hybrid board and electronic equipment.SOLUTION: The photosensitive resin composition for forming an optical waveguide contains (A) an alicyclic epoxy monomer having two or more functional groups and/or (B) an oxetane monomer having two or more functional groups, and (C) an acid generator.
