PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a temperature inside an inlet lower than a mold temperature to carry out a resin replenishment into a cavity in curing and contracting.SOLUTION: A resin casting mold includes molds 1 and 2 to obtain a cast product, cavities 3 and 4 engraved in the molds 1 and 2, and inlets 5 and 6 connecting the cavities 3 and 4 with the outsides of the molds 1 and 2, filling the cavities 3 and 4 with a thermoplastic resin such as an epoxy resin. The inlets 5 and 6 are constituted by heat insulating members 7 and 8 such as a fluororesin which is smaller in thermal conductivity than the molds 1 and 2 to lower the resin temperature to the lowest. |
