PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent failure caused by fastening.SOLUTION: The battery terminal is equipped with: an electrode holding part 10 fitted to a battery post 90 and having an arc shape in planar view; and a pair of fastening pieces 21A, 21B which face to each other while protruding from both ends of the electrode holding part 10, and include through-holes 22 respectively opened coaxially. When a bolt 70 and a nut 60 inserted in the through-hole 22 are fastened, both of the fastening pieces 21A, 21B are displaced in a direction of approaching each other. In conjunction with this, the electrode holding part 10 reduces its diameter and is fixed on the battery post 90. An inclination angle θ2 formed between a protruding direction of the one fastening piece 21A and a direction of a tangent 17 at the one end part 16 of the electrode holding part 10 to which the fastening piece 21A is connected, is larger than an inclination angle θ1 formed between a protruding direction of the other fastening piece 21B and a direction of a tangent 19 at the other end part 18 of the electrode holding part 10 to which the fastening piece 21B is connected. |
