PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat transfer tube which has excellent thermal conductivity and enables reduction in the size and weight and resource saving and can be efficiently manufactured, and a heat exchanger including the heat transfer tube.SOLUTION: In the heat transfer tube 10 with inner face grooves, two or more grooves 13 are formed on a tube inner face 11, and single-phase fluid is made to flow within the tube. At least one of a twist angle (β) of the groove 13 with respect to the tube axis, a ratio (H/d) between the height (H) of a fin 12 formed between the grooves 13 and maximum inside diameter (d) and a ratio (W/H) between the height (H) of the fin 12 and the bottom width (W) of the groove 13 is formed so that an increase rate of a transmission rate caused by formation of the grooves 13 on the tube inner face 11 becomes larger than that of pressure loss caused by the formation of the grooves 13. The heat exchanger 43 including the heat transfer tube 10 is provided. |
