PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reclining device capable of downsizing an internal gear and an external gear.SOLUTION: The external gear 23 includes an external gear side regulation part 23e extending in the axial direction from the vicinity of a part of external teeth 23a. The internal gear 24 includes an internal gear side regulation part 24f in the vicinity of a part of internal teeth 24c. When the external gear 23 and the internal gear 24 are relatively rotated, the internal gear side regulation part abuts on the external gear side regulation part 23e at a predetermined relative rotation regulating position, thereby regulating the relative rotation within a certain range. |
