PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rearrange a virtual machine according to a user's sensory performance-based request.SOLUTION: The management server is communicable with virtual machines 2, a host 3 in which the virtual machine 2 is arranged, and a user terminal 4 for operating the virtual machine 2. The management server includes an acquisition part 5 which acquires an input signal indicating a request for changing the sensory performance of the virtual machine 2 from the user terminal 4 and acquires system information showing the performance of the virtual machine 2 and the host 3 from the virtual machine 2 and the host 3; a resource calculation part 6 which calculates resource assignment necessary for the virtual machine 2 according to an input signal acquired by the acquisition part 5; a determination part 7 which determines an arrangement constitution of the virtual machine 2 based on the resource assignment calculated by the resource calculation part 6 and the system information acquired by the acquisition part 5; and an instruction part 8 which instructs the arrangement of the virtual machine 2 according to the determination by the determination part 7. |
