PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information display device configured to prevent deterioration of a display medium, maintain a predetermined display quality thereof even when repeatedly rewriting display, and increase the number of times of repeatedly rewriting the display.SOLUTION: A logic controller 150 is configured to select surface electrodes 40a and back electrodes 40b corresponding to a differential area between the already displayed image and an image to be newly displayed, and apply a writing voltage, by which a white display medium 90W and a black display medium 90B can be driven, to the selected selection electrodes. Specifically, the logic controller 150 is configured to, when the size of the differential area is smaller than a threshold, select the surface electrodes 40a and the back electrodes 40b corresponding to the differential area, and then, apply the writing voltage, by which the white display medium 90W and the black display medium 90B can be driven, to the selected selection electrodes. |
