PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a constant velocity universal joint which suppresses the occurrence of rattling noise, reduces vibrations at torque output in which a power source is unstable, and secures excellent strength and durability.SOLUTION: A track groove 12 in an outside joint member 13 and a track groove 15 in an inside joint member 16 are provided with track groove bottom parts 35, 38 having a curvature radius r of 1.15R<r<2.0R when a radius of a torque transmission ball 17 is determined as R. Respective track grooves 12, 15 are provided with inclined plane-shaped track groove openings 36, 36, 39, 39 gradually expanding toward a track groove opening side from the track groove bottom parts 35, 38. When curvature radiuses of the track groove openings 36, 39 are determined as r1, a relational expression of 1.00R<r1<1.15R is satisfied. |
