PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inkjet head capable of being formed in a highly precise size and a high yield, an inkjet recorder, and a method for manufacturing the inkjet head.SOLUTION: In an inkjet head 10, a pressure chamber plate 40 that is made of metal is bonded onto a pressure chamber support member 30 that is made of a ceramics such as high rigid alumina. A pressure chamber 43 is formed in the pressure chamber plate 40, and an ink feeding channel 31 for feeding ink to the pressure chamber 43 and an ink discharging hole 33 for discharging the ink from the pressure chamber 43 to a nozzle hole 21 formed in a nozzle plate 20 are formed in the pressure chamber support member 30. Further, a diaphragm 50 is arranged on the pressure chamber plate 40, a piezoelectric element unit 60 is arranged on the diaphragm 50, thereby to apply pressure to the ink in the pressure chamber 43 by a piezoelectric element activating section of the piezoelectric element unit 60. |
