PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that a conventional device has not a means for adjusting the rotational power of a control dial, and cannot obtain an operational feeling and operability corresponding to a user since the rotational power of the dial device is decided by a frictional resistance force that individual rotating equipment has.SOLUTION: A dial device includes: a control dial 14, a placing index 15, a holder 16, a clutch unit 45, a first frictional force generating unit, and a second frictional force generating unit. The control dial 14 has a pivot shaft 17 connected to a rotating shaft 64 of a variable resistor 60. The placing index 15 has a rotating center arranged on the same axis as the pivot shaft and can rotate relative to the control dial. The holder 16 freely rotatably supports the control dial and the placing index. The clutch unit 45 is disposed between the control dial and the placing index and integrally rotates the control dial and the placing index at a predetermined position when the rotational power is not larger than a predetermined value. Additionally, the first frictional force generating unit can adjust the rotational power of the control dial. The second frictional force generating unit can adjust the rotational power of the placing index. |
