Disclosed is a copolymerized polyester heat shrinkable film capable of being used as a label, a cap seal or direct packaging, and the like, for various kinds of containers. The heat shrinkable copolymerized polyester film comprises a copolymerized polyester resin prepared by copolymerizing an acid component which includes terephthalic acid and a diol component comprising isosorbide and ethylene glycol, wherein the resin has a repeated structure of an acid moiety derived from the acid component and a diol moiety derived from the diol component. The heat shrinkable copolymerized polyester film has a shrinkage initiation temperature of 60 ? or more, a maximum heat shrinkage less than 2% at 60-70 ?, and a maximum heat shrinkage of 50-90% at 90-100 ?.
