<p>Disclosed are a tunnel-type coke furnace with a movable sliding bed and its using method. The coke furnace comprises a furnace body (48), a furnace body front sealing door (7), a furnace body back sealing door (25), a branch flue (10), a bottom flue (12) and a main flue (6). The coke furnace is composed of five parts which are a coal feeding preparing chamber (3), a preheating section (50), a carbonizing section (51), a dry quenching section (52) and a coke discharging preparing chamber (23). The parts have different structures and are arranged in series and communicated with each other. A movable sliding bed loaded with coal briquettes or rammed coal material (44) passes through the five parts of the coke oven in sequence to carbonize the coal material into coke by an intermittent movement on the sliding track of the sliding bed.</p> |
