FIELD: fire-fighting means. ^ SUBSTANCE: fire extinguishing and alarm system contains a flexible pipeline and a wire rope. The wire rope is connected to a head of a universal traction post and with a release mechanism of the fire extinguishing system. An operator can pull a handle of the head of the universal traction post, thereby activating the suppressant release mechanism. The flexible pipeline can contain a wire rope along at least a portion of a connection from the universal traction post to the release mechanism. For decreasing a friction coefficient of the wire rope, a bush located in the flexible pipeline and/or on the wire rope can be used in the flexible pipeline. The fire extinguishing system can contain additionally a pulley unit attached to the universal traction post. The pulley unit can contain bearings and can reduce an effort necessary for activation of the release mechanism. The wire rope can be connected to the handle of the traction system and with a switch of the alarm system. ^ EFFECT: invention provides reliability of the system. ^ 25 cl, 64 dwg |
