PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated battery which can effectively inhibit the occurrence of wrinkles and distortion to an outer package at sealing under reduced pressure, when using the outer package having flexibility.SOLUTION: In a laminated battery, laminated positive and negative electrode lead tabs 11 and 12 are joined to each other at a location between positive and negative electrode current collector terminals 15 and 16 and positive and negative electrode plates; the positive and negative electrode lead tabs 11 and 12 extend, being folded at an intermediate location from the positive and negative electrode plates; a laminated electrode body 10 is accommodated in the outer package 18 having flexibility; and a first spacer (a first cover portion 52 of an integral spacer 5) is disposed between an expanded open side end formed by folding the positive and negative electrode lead tabs 11 and 12 and the outer package 18. |
