PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide immunoassay capable of continuously maintaining a coloration state, even after a sensitizer solution is adapted.SOLUTION: In the immunoassay for reacting an analyzing target substance and a reagent which immunologically react with the analyzing target substance and detecting their composite, either one of the analyzing target substance and the reagent is preliminarily labelled with metal colloid particles having platinum colloid supported by the same; and the composite is brought into contact with a copper ion-containing sensitizer solution to reduce copper ions on the metal colloid particles to thereby precipitate copper. Thereafter, the copper precipitation part is brought into contact with a protective layer forming solution to be coated with the same to detect the analyzing target substance. |
