PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a synthetic gas with sufficient energy efficiency with small equipment using a PSA method for recycling carbon dioxide.SOLUTION: In a manufacturing method of the synthetic gas which generates the synthetic gas mainly consisting of hydrogen and carbon monoxide by subjecting a raw material gas and a catalyst to a catalytic reaction by introducing at least hydrocarbon-based gas, oxygen-based gas and carbon dioxide as the raw material gas, and when a performing operation which appropriates the heat produced by the combustion reaction to the heat required for a reforming reaction, by carrying out simultaneously the combustion reaction and the reforming reaction in a common reaction region wherein the common catalyst is filled in the reformer, and the combustion reaction and the reforming reaction in the reformer are allowed to react in a predetermined low pressure region, and the carbon dioxide existing in the generated synthetic gas is adsorbed and separated by the PSA apparatus and also a recycling gas discharged from the adsorption tower in the PSA apparatus is recycled by refluxing to a refluxing passage without compressing. |
