PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an Fc-binding protein improved with stability to heat, acids and/or alkalis by improving the Fc-binding protein having a high degree of affinity to an Ig (immunoglobulin) G, and a method for producing the same.SOLUTION: This Fc-binding protein improved with the stability to the heat, acids and/or alkalis as compared with those of a wild type human Fc receptor is obtained by substituting ≥1 specific amino acid residue in an extracellular region in wild type human Fc receptors with another amino acid residue. A ligand for an affinity chromatography obtained by immobilizing the Fc-binding protein on a solid phase is also provided.
