PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for allowing a user to execute an operation for printing following an application program to a file designated by the application program.SOLUTION: When a user executes a first type of operation following an application program installed in a PC to a file designated by the application program, a printer makes a display part display a printer ID designation screen for designating printer ID (S22). The printer obtains printer ID designated by the user via the printer ID designation screen (S24). In order to make a server convert object data obtained based on the file into print data having a format interpretable by the printer corresponding to the printer ID, and to make the server transmit the print data to the printer, the printer supplies the printer ID and the object data to the server (S40). |
