PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a VPN router capable of accessing to a local network easily from an outside environment through a VPN, and limiting an object for the connection of the VPN to a regular terminal.SOLUTION: The VPN router 8 receives a VPN connection request from a portable terminal 7. The VPN router generates and stores an authentication key, and transmits a center authentication instruction to the portable terminal 7 (T1 and T2). The portable terminal 7 transmits a center authentication request to a server 3 (T3). The server 3 transmits an authentication key request to the VPN router 8 to acquire an authentication key stored at the VPN router 8 (T4 and T5). When the authentication key received from the portable terminal 7 is matched with the authentication key received from the VPN router 8, the server 3 transmits a session establishing instruction to the VPN router 8 (T6). Then, the VPN router 8 establishes a VPN session for connecting the portable terminal 7 to a PC (T8). |
