PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a master which can improve production efficiency.SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of a master used for producing a mold which fabricates a molding in which two or more molding parts are arranged includes: a resin supply process which supplies a resin on a master substrate; a first curing process which cures to a semi-cured condition as a cured condition in which the supplied resin can be deformed by a pressure at the time of molding in one batch and a shape of the resin after the deformation can be conserved; a forming step which transfers a surface of the same shape of a molding surface of a molding part to the resin using a master mold after the first curing process; and a second curing process which cures the resin further after the forming step. |
