PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an outdoor unit of an air conditioner suppressed in the wobbling of a mounting base that can prevent damage to a heat exchanger.SOLUTION: The outdoor unit includes at least: an air blower; the mounting base for mounting the air blower; an outdoor heat exchanger located on a suction side in the operation of the air blower; and a protective net having vertical and lateral crosspieces in a reticular pattern for covering a suction side of the outdoor heat exchanger. In the outdoor unit, a lower part of the mounting base is firmly fixed to a bottom plate of the outdoor unit, an upper part of the mounting base is engaged with an upper part of the outdoor heat exchanger, and the upper part of the mounting base and a top plate of the outdoor unit are screwed to each other while setting the width of the mounting base to be the same dimension as the interval width between the vertical crosspieces of the protective net. |
