PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disturbance suppression load control device which can suppress heat generation of a linear motor while heightening responsiveness to disturbance by making a measured load value output from a linear motor-combined cylinder to successfuly follow an objective load value.SOLUTION: A linear motor-combined cylinder load control part includes: an air cylinder device load control part for extracting a low frequency band superior in tracking characteristics for an objective load value signal of an air cylinder device, from a difference signal between the objective load value signal of the linear motor-combined cylinder and an actually measured load value signal, and transmitting an air cylinder device-use optimal load addition instruction signal to the air cylinder device on the basis of the low frequency difference signal; and a linear motor load control part for extracting a high frequency band superior in tracking characteristics for an objective load value signal of the linear motor, from the difference signal, and transmitting a linear motor-use optimal load addition instruction signal to the linear motor on the basis of the high frequency difference signal. |
