PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a signal processor for properly suppressing an input signal to an A/D converter.SOLUTION: The signal processor includes: a clip detection part 64 for generating a detection signal for a period in which the signal level of an input signal is not smaller than a predetermined threshold value; a limiter part 62 limiting amplitude of the input signal based on a predetermined threshold value; an analog calculation part 63 for generating a signal by calculating an extracted signal for the signal with limited amplitude; and a digital calculation part 81 for restoring a signal generated by a signal generation part for a period in which the detection signal is generated. |
