PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating cooker which performs heating cooking in a state of efficiently removing excess oil while keeping moisture.SOLUTION: This heating cooker includes a heating chamber 12 for performing heating cooking, a receiving net 24 (placing section) on which a cooked object is placed, and a burner means 28 for heating the cooked object, and the burner means 28 for heating has a heating burner 30 disposed above or below a cooking zone 34. The heating cooker further includes a steam producing means for producing steam, and a steam jetting means 54 for jetting the produced steam toward the cooking zone 34, and the steam jetting means 54 has a pair of steam jetting tubes 82, 84 disposed above the cooking zone 34 on both sides of the heating burner 30, and the steam is jetted obliquely downward to the cooking zone 34 from the pair of steam jetting tubes 82, 84. |
