PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve stability of ice making by preventing the propagation of phase change of a piping surface to a piping interior, and preventing freezing in piping or an apparatus interior.SOLUTION: In the device for making sherbet-like ice by releasing a supercooled state of supercooled water produced in a supercooler by heat exchange with a refrigerant, the peripheral face outer circumferences of flanges 10c, 10d of a connection flange part 16 of piping 10 passing supercooled water are covered with an airtight cover 32 throughout the entire circumference. A desiccant 33 is housed in the airtight cover 32. Since moisture existing between the flanges 10c, 10d and a gasket 31 is adsorbed in the desiccant 33, even if moisture in air becomes frost 34 and adheres to piping 10a, 10b outer circumferences, the propagation of phase change of a piping 10 exterior to the piping 10 interior can be prevented. |
