PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display control circuit and a display device, enabling power consumption to be reduced.SOLUTION: The display control circuit includes a display image data storage device 217, a comparator 218, a comparison result storage device 220, a comparison result storage device control part 219, a display image data storage device control part 216 and a data latch part 221. In a storage device reading display mode, the circuit is provided with: a first operation to read display image data for the display image data storage device 217; a second operation to read the display image data displayed by one line before held in the data latch part 221 for re-displaying; and a third operation to take the display image data before one reading held in the display image data storage device control part 216 to the data latch part 221. |
