PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling device which improves heat exchange efficiency in a condenser.SOLUTION: The condenser 19 of the cooling device 10 includes a plurality of juxtaposed radiation fins 30, a meandering refrigerant piping 31 passing through the respective radiation fins, pipe plates 21 positioned on both sides in a ventilating direction by a blower for the condenser to retain the refrigerant piping, with the lower ends fixed in a unit base 9, and an upper surface plate 37 attached across the upper ends of the respective pipe plates to block the upper part of the radiation fins. A refrigerant is made to flow through the refrigerant pipe from top to bottom, and moreover, an air inflow hole 37A is formed on the inflow side of air by the blower for the condenser of the upper surface plate. |
