PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic EL element, a lighting fixture, and a display device, in which emission wavelength is controlled, high emission efficiency is represented, and emission life is long.SOLUTION: In the organic EL element, an emission layer contains at least one of compounds represented by formula (4). In the formula (4), Ra represents hydrogen atom, aliphatic group, aromatic group, and heterocyclic group, Rb and Rc represent hydrogen atom or substituent, Rk represents aliphatic group, aromatic group, and heterocyclic group; and Rl and Rn represent hydrogen atom or substituent. However, Rl and Rn do not combine to form a benzene ring. A1 and B2 represent the residue required for forming aromatic ring and aromatic heterocyclic ring, M represents Ir or Pt, n represents 1 or 2, m represents 1 or 2, and m+n is 2 or 3. However, Rb and Rc do not combine to form a ring, and all of a plurality of ligands are not identical. |
