摘要 The present invention relates to a method for screening a new drug candidate using a liquid chromatography/microfluidic device/mass spectrometry system, and to a liquid chromatography/microfluidic device/mass spectrometry system. The present invention involves the detection of an interaction between molecules on a real-time basis through adjustment of a microreaction between traces of natural material or synthesized new drug candidates and a target material (protein or cell, etc.), thus developing materials for new drug candidates at a lower cost and with high efficiency, while improving quality of life and reducing medical costs. The present invention can be valuably used in increasing new scientific technology through the convergence of nanotechnology, biotechnology, and analytical chemistry technology.
