The disk drive (110) reads a disk ID from the game disk (210). The play back device (130) notifies the consent agreement tag (220) of the disk ID and a play back device ID when the game is to be played back. The consent agreement tag (220) holds terms of use of the game, and determines whether or not a combination of the disk ID and the play back ID notified from the play back device (130) satisfies the terms of use.
