The apparatus has gears mounted on a shaft of a pointer of a clock and transferring rotating movement on a central gear wheel. Gear wheel strings are brought in synchronized rotations by the wheel. Rotary components e.g. circular disks, or pointer, are mounted in each of the strings. A center distance between the shaft and another shaft is selected with gear wheels such that a distance of a pole corresponds to ecliptic of a polestar if a celestial sphere and a circle of the ecliptic from a south pole of a celestial globe are projected stereo-graphically on a celestial equator.
