<p>Disclosed is a light-emitting device (101) comprising: a substrate (1); a light-emitting section (20) composed of a plurality of light-emitting elements (2) disposed on a mounting area on the substrate; a positive electrode (3) and a negative electrode (4) both provided with a pad section (3a) and a wiring section (3b) , which apply voltage to the light-emitting elements through the wiring section; and a light-reflecting resin (6) formed on the substrate so as to cover at least the wiring section.
