FIELD: metallurgy. ^ SUBSTANCE: procedure consists in obtaining uniform fine-grain structure of tempered bainite with uniform extraction of stable fine dispersed carbides. Blanks are treated at temperature AC1-(150200C), and further are subjected to austenisation at temperature AC3+(7090C), isothermal conditioning at temperature AC1-(70120C) during 40 hours, high temperature tempering at temperature AC1-(90110C), and austenisation at temperature AC3+(100150C) at rate of heating 60-100C/h.
