PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing apparatus, an imaging device, an image processing device and a program which can restore an image in a short time and finely.SOLUTION: The image processing apparatus has: an imaging state information obtaining unit 52 for obtaining an imaging state including a focused subject distance and subject distances of respective restoring areas 201 to 235; a filter selecting unit 53 for obtaining a restoring filter corresponding to an imaging state for each restoring area; and a restoration processing unit 56 for restoring a deteriorated image for each restoring area by using the deteriorated image and the restoring filter.
