PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device for power system stabilization device which enhances a system stabilization effect even in case that it causes power fluctuation or a voltage drop due to a system accident, etc.SOLUTION: The control device for a power system stabilization device includes a system voltage control part which calculates a first reactive power output command based on a voltage measured value at an interconnection point between a power system and a power system stabilization device, a power fluctuation suppressing control part which calculates a second reactive power output command based on the measured value of the active power of the power system in case that the voltage measured value is larger than a predetermined voltage, and stops the output, in case that the voltage measured value is not more than the predetermined voltage, and an output control part which sends a reactive power output command to the power system stabilization device based on the first and second reactive power output command in case that the voltage measured value is larger than the predetermined voltage, and sends a reactive power output command to the power system stabilization device based on only the first reactive power command in case that the voltage measured value is not more than the predetermined voltage. |
