PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small sized micro fluid chip for easily controlling the temperature and the pH of a medium.SOLUTION: The micro fluid chip 10 includes a substrate board 1, a sheet-like membrane 2 and a reserver 5, wherein the substrate board 1 has a first thin groove 111 and a second thin groove 112 made in a loop form on the surface, the sheet-like membrane 2 has openings 21a-22b and forms a culture flow channel 11 in a part corresponding to the first thin groove 111 and a chemical fluid channel 12 in a part corresponding to the second thin groove 112 when placed on the substrate board 1, and the reserver 5 is partitioned into a culture solution chamber 3a and a chemical fluid chamber 5a with a permeable membrane 3, and when placed on the substrate board through the membrane 2, the culture solution chamber 3a forms a closed circulatory system with the culture flow channel 11 through communication of one end 11a of the culture flow channel 11 with the other end 11b of the same through the openings of the membrane 2, and the chemical fluid chamber 5a forms a closed circulatory system with the chemical fluid channel 12 through communication of one end 12a of the chemical flow channel 12 with the other end 12b of the same through the openings of the membrane 2. |
