摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a substrate for measurement for achieving a chemical amplification type fluorescent immunoassay with singlet oxygen as a mediator by a simple apparatus mainly comprising a light-emitting diode and a CCD camera by applying a surface plasmon resonance, and to provide a method of measuring biochemical binding formation and a biochemical binding amount using the substrate.SOLUTION: The substrate 10 for measurement is used for a measurement method of detecting biochemical binding formation and a biochemical binding amount utilizing enhancement by surface plasmon resonance in a measuring device comprising a reflection or transmission optical system by a light source and a photodetecting element. The substrate 10 for measurement includes: a transparent substrate 11; a gold film 12 provided on one surface 11a of the transparent substrate 11; a sensing agent 13 disposed on the gold film 12; a protective film 14 for covering the gold film 12 and the sensing agent 13; and a primary antibody 15 immobilized on a surface 14a of the protective film 14.
