PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a position adjusting device capable of finely adjusting a position of a position adjusting member simply and precisely.SOLUTION: A position adjusting device 10 includes an abutting stop means 20 which can set plural kinds of distances from a referential surface 15, an insertion shaft 30 which contains a male screw portion 32, a base block 40 which is positioned by the abutting stop means 20, a fine adjustment block 50 which is arranged in parallel with the base block 40 across a gap portion 49 and which is connected with a mounting part 64 allowing a position adjusting member 80 to be fixed thereto, and a guide portion 70 which guides the base block 40 and fine adjustment block 50 so as to be freely movable in an axial direction of the insertion shaft 30. After positioning the base block 40, the fine adjustment block 50 is moved in the axial direction of the insertion shaft 30 so as to be separated or approached with respect to the base block 40 along with the rotation of the insertion shaft 30 around the shaft, thereby allowing the distance d from the referential surface 15 of the position adjusting member 80 to be finely adjusted freely. |
