摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a tool trajectory with high machining efficiency suppressing generation of chatter-vibration by obtaining machining conditions taking into account a chatter-vibration increase/decrease influence value affecting the increase/decrease of the chatter-vibration.SOLUTION: According to a machining conditions determination method of a first embodiment, in step S100, an operator inputs: information to the effect that the vibration characteristics of a machine tool device including a tool and a workpiece are unknown; information to the effect that the direction of the chatter-vibration is unknown; information to the effect that the magnitude and direction of the relative cutting resistance of the workpiece with respect to the tool are unknown; and a cutting width tolerance or regeneration width tolerance. Next, in step S110, a maximum allowable feed amount which is one of the machining conditions is selected. Then, in step S120, a combination of cutting depth, pick feed, and tool orientation that maximizes machining efficiency (or maximizes machining system stability while satisfying a required machining efficiency) is computed. The machining-conditions information is thereafter sent to a tool trajectory etc. computation unit, and information of a tool trajectory and the like is outputted to the outside of a tool trajectory generation device.
