PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for efficiently retrieving and identifying a target antigen of an antibody produced at lesion local and furthermore to provide a method for enabling observing and evaluating a diseases on which participation of the antibody specific to the diseases is suggested from a new point of view.SOLUTION: The target antigen for disease related antibody is screened by performing following steps: (1) a step where tissues extract permeated by plasma cell in an individual affected from a specific disease is established contact with a protein library and (2) a step where protein the antibody in extract combined specifically is identified among the protein library.
